money

Saying you have money problems is like saying you don't know how to use a hammer.
It is a tool.  It has a use.
It can make your life easier or make it harder, depending on who is doing the thinking for you.
Who do you look for for guidance?

What your village elders relationship is with the tool itself.
See the primitve Cromagnon  bankers in this clip using money as a hammer.
See the poor witless Neanderthal who didn't read the fine print.
How you react to HOW your village elders are using the tool is what defines your relationship to the world.

If your village elders march under the famous marching hammers flag you may have a very effed up relationship with money and with other people.  You may have been told that some animals are more equal than others.

This topic will take some for me to do, check back when I have more time to finish my thoughts.  This is a tool that is much more fun to write about than pool vacuums.

I really love that I found a German version of the marching hammers for many reasons.

This is the album that got me into teaching, "hey teachers leave those kids alone!

HOMEWORK> What are the Ironies of seeing an "artist"  singing about bleeding hearts and artist being crazy... Singing about oppression in an an amphitheater filled with people who spent far too much money to see one quarter of the band, 40 years later?  What are the mixed messages?  Can you really listen to anything a millionaire has to say?  What does that represent in human suffering, that accumulation of assets in a world where more than half live on less than a dollar a week?  Where kids starve to death and die of treatable illnesses?  What  is a hypocrite?

f you receive a phone call from someone claiming to be from Publishers Clearing House and are asked to send money, pay a fee or pre-pay taxes to enter, collect or claim a sweepstakes prize — STOP — you have not heard from the "real" Publishers Clearing House. The call you received was most likely from a fraudulent sweepstakes scam operation. At Publishers Clearing House the winning is always free.

this is from the PCH website
Publishers Clearing House does not operate this way and would NEVER ask for money to claim a prize. PCH employees would never contact you personally or in advance to notify you of a prize award. Our SuperPrize is presented just the way you see it in our popular TV commercials, "live and in person" by our Prize Patrol, with balloons, bouquet of roses and check in hand — — and with no advance notification!

A legitimate sweepstakes will NEVER ask you to send money to enter a sweepstakes, claim a prize, or to pay a fee, tax or deposit. Consumers should always remember that at Publishers Clearing House no payment is ever necessary to claim a prize
